  • USPS - Mail us any pertinent correspondence along with your full name and the name of your company.

Electronic Invoice Submission

Welcome to the ACT Electronic Invoice Submission. This submission process is for services you have provided to the community. The electronic submission of your invoice will result in the fastest processing of your invoice. Uploaded invoices are immediately queued and routed for processing, approval and payment.

Please upload each Invoice as a SEPARATE PDF document. Multiple invoices will not be paid off a single document. Please submit PDF documents no larger than 4mb in size. If you chose electronic submission, please do not submit another copy of this invoice by mail, hand, delivery or e-mail.
